John OâSheaâs undefeated filly Ghisoni is early favourite to handle her acid test taking on a class field of older rivals in elite level company at Rosehill Gardens on Saturday in the Coolmore Classic 2016.

The three-year-old daughter of Lonhro has won all three of her opening career runs so far including her first foray in black-type company in last startâs Group 2 Surround Stakes (1400m) at Randwick.
She now steps up in class and distance for a shot at this yearsâ $600,000 Group 1 Coolmore Classic (1500m) on the weekend and is drawn in gate eight with jockey Corey Brown replacing James McDonald in the saddle.
Brown rode the 1999 Coolmore Classic winner Camino Rose and is after another with the favourite in Coolmore Classic betting this season, Ghisoni paying $4.60 through Ladbrokes.com.au to become the first three-year-old winner since Typhoon Tracy (2009).
Just two of her rivals are currently under $10 for the win with fellow last start winners Solicit and Azkadellia at an equal $5.50.

A premier performer since her opening season having run third in the 2013 Crown Oaks, Solicit is a multiple Group winner and Group 1 placegetter and is back in top company for the first time since her eighth to Politeness in the Myer Classic at Flemington last October.
She has had three gun runs this time in for two seconds in Group 2 company including to Winx in the Apollo before her one length Group 2 Guy Walter Stakes (1400m) success a fortnight ago.

Lightly-raced for her age with only 11 starts for a smart record of five wins, four seconds and a third the four-year-old ran third in last yearâs Myer Classic and was last seen taking out Caulfieldâs Group 3 Mannerism Stakes (1400m).
Aloha (2011), who was also a four-year-old, was the last Coolmore Classic winner to come off a non-Sydney lead-up.
It is a logjam after the top three in the Coolmore Classic odds with a host of livewire chances to fill the exotic placings.
Next best in betting include the Chris Waller-trained Amicus ($10) who recently won a Group 2 in Sydney before a second last in the Guy Walter sheâs out to atone for and the early market mover Politeness ($12).
Robert Smerdonâs widely-drawn Myer Classic winner Politeness comes off a Group 1 Futurity Stakes (1400m) seventh at Caulfield to Turn Me Loose, a run she can improve on against her own kind here.
Other notable hopes at more generous odds after the upset Coolmore Classic result include Wallerâs Group 2 Millie Fox runner-up to First Seal last time out Telepathic ($13) and the in-form four-year-old Peeping ($14) who are out to continue the good record of double-figure hopes in the race including the win by Plucky Belle ($15) last Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival.
